Who we are

What we collect
When you request a call back we collect your name, phone number, email address, whether your enquiry is about sales or service, and anything you write in the message box. We do not use this website to collect payment details.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request: to call or email you, and to pass your enquiry to the right team. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us, and, where you are asking about buying or servicing an appliance, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use these details for marketing unless you separately agree to it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. Submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and sent to our staff by email through Microsoft 365. Netlify may process data outside the UK; where it does, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any sale or service that follows, and then delete them.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It remembers that you have closed the website notice for your current visit using your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. The homepage video is played through Vimeo with tracking switched off, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
