Watermelon Frozen Gin & Tonic Cocktail

Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 6 cups frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1 cup gin
  • 500ml (17oz) tonic water
  • 6-8 ice cubes
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh mint & watermelon wedges to serve
  • ½ tsp syrup
  1. Freeze watermelon cubes (either pre bought or you can skin a fresh one)
  2. Place watermelon, gin and tonic water, ice, syrup & lemon juice into blender and press ICE setting.
  3. Pour into glasses & garnish with fresh mint & watermelon wedge – Enjoy!
